– Custom-Made Orders (Tailoring): 20–30 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and order details.

All custom-made or tailored items are produced specifically for you to ensure a unique and perfect design.

We offer exchanges only within 3 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
